Day 01 : Arrival in Mumbai

Day 02 : Mumbai
On the second day of Mumbai travel, get ready for your excursion trip. There is regular ferry service to Elephanta Island near the jetty of Gateway of India. Enjoy a ferry ride to the island which houses the World heritage site, Elephanta Caves. Explore the Hindu cave architecture of Elephanta. The main attractions are the stone sculptures of Hindu Gods and the temple architecture. Elephanta Caves are always an attraction to the Art lovers and heritage freaks.

Then back to Mumbai hotel. Today you can do your shopping in the city bazaars and showrooms. After dinner, stay overnight.
